Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package — please check with your carrier for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess the item, we may deduct the depreciation in value from your refund. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, please contact us via info@noordseelights.nl. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after receiving your return notification, provided that the product has been received in good condition.
