Return Policy: Standard Products
You have the right to cancel your order of standard products, which are designed and assembled by Noord See Lights and have not been customised by the customer, within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return the product. You will receive a refund for the full order amount, including shipping costs. However, the cost of returning the product from your home to our webshop is your responsibility. These costs are approximately 6.95 euro per package; please check with your carrier for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To use this right, you can contact us at info@noordseelights.nl. We will refund the order amount within 30 days of the return notification, provided the product has been received in good condition. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returned.
Return Policy: Custom-Made Lamps
For products ordered through this webshop that have been custom-made based on your specifications, the return policy does not apply. The sale is final upon successful payment.
