Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package — please check with your carrier for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess the item, we may deduct the depreciation in value from your refund. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@noordseelights.nl or register your return through your account. We will refund the amount due within 14 days after you have registered your return. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back in good condition, or until you have provided proof that the product has been returned.
