Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem!

You can return your standard product within 30 days of receipt. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product. We will refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs.

At Noord see Lights, we believe in conscious consumption. That’s why we ask customers to cover the return costs themselves, helping us reduce unnecessary returns together.

• Please ensure that the product is complete, undamaged, and – if possible – returned in its original packaging.

• We will process the refund within 30 days of receiving your return.

We're sorry to hear that you're not completely satisfied with your custom-made lamp. Since it was specifically designed to meet your preferences, we are unable to resell it, and the right of withdrawal does not apply.

However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re happy to work with you to find a suitable solution. If the quality does not meet your expectations, we can reproduce individual components if necessary. We carefully assess each situation and always strive for a tailored resolution.
