We hope you're happy with your order! But of course, it’s possible that a product isn’t quite what you expected. No worries — you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you then have another 14 days to return the product. Once we’ve received the item in good condition, we’ll refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. Please note: return shipping costs are at your own expense. These are approximately €7.25 per parcel (depending on the carrier).

Just send us an email at info@noordseelights.nl with your order details and (optionally) your reason for return. We’ll be happy to provide you with the return instructions.

If possible, please return the product in its original packaging and include all accessories that came with it.

Make sure the product is in its original condition — of course, you may inspect it as you would in a store.

If the product is damaged or the packaging shows more wear than necessary for evaluation, we may apply a reduction in the refund amount to account for depreciation.
